Although the universe is ablaze with more colours than the human eye can detect, we can also learn to see the world in new ways by returning to the roots of the art of photography, to the art of black and white, and other monochromes like sepia (and bi-level). She's beautiful, too bad she's smoking.
I like the way you've framed her face between the folds of material and the pole and if that was the only way you could pull the shot off, I still like it, the character in her face, the nearness of her hand.
