Although the universe is ablaze with more colours than the human eye can detect, we can also learn to see the world in new ways by returning to the roots of the art of photography, to the art of black and white, and other monochromes like sepia (and bi-level). This photo blog celebrates that spectrum of colours ranging from the darkest monochromes to the most brilliant whites, and everything in between.

For my druthers, I prefer your earlier shot of Molly draped in a mysterious glow. Here, however, I am drawn to the three bands of vertical gray bands formed by the wall, almost perfectly dividing the background into two halves, and one half into two more halves, each progressively darker as we move away from Molly. Is this in your new studio?
Yes, that's in the new studio. I have some other very nice shots from that shoot, but they don't fit the rules for this blog.
